Cheng Sheng BS  855, Taibao 855 local identification for this frequency, e-mail, v/s James Hsieng. He promised to send QSL-card, but wrote that postal service to Finland has been suspended.

WNTD Chicago IL  950  non-QSL letter :”Relevant Radio will no longer respond to foreign address emails or play CD’s or flash drives that are mailed to our office”.  And at the end of mail “I am sure you did capture our audio with your system…”.   So they had not listened my audio file or CD. Thus one has to make traditional program content report.

All QSLed FM stations were heard on the 25th of May. So far the only good Es-opening I've noticed this year..
