UR 1 Persha Prog., Mykolayiv (MY) local 92.0 Messenger. I heard at top of the hour a warning announcement for Mykolaiv, other UR1 stations sent news. English translation: "Attention everyone! Attention everyone! Attention everyone! Mykola Borysovich, Director of the Department of Emergency Situations and Civil Protection of the Population, informs the Population of the Mykolaiv City Region....."
